• Is the roofing contractor willing to provide you with a good workmanship warranty?
• Is the roofing contractor licensed? You can visit the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to find out.
• Does the roofing contractor thoroughly inspect your roof and then explain his findings?
• Does the roofing contractor provide a written estimate including a detailed description of the work to be done, estimated time of the project, debris removal, permits and warranty information?
• Is the roofing contractor going to do the work or is he going to hire a subcontractor?
